Error Message
VCS ERROR V-16-20027-33 (XXXXX) RVGPrimary:RDS_XXXX-RVGP:online:Insufficient time to complete migrate operation for RVG XXXXXX. If group does not go online clear fault and online again.
Cause
The replication is either in the paused state or not up-to-date.
Resolution
Check if the Replication is in the paused state, if yes, please resume the replication and then try failover.
Check if there are any blocks pending, if yes, please let the blocks pending clear out before failover.
