The crash is observed on volume creation. The driver causing this issue is tmevtmgr.sys.

Solution:

You can confirm this by setting the tmevtmgr to "Disabled" by performing following.

1. Open registry and go to HKLM\System\CCS\Services\tmevtmgr

2. Set the "Start" value to 4 (Disabled) and reboot the server .Create a volume to test if with the above driver disabled we are able to create the volume without the system crash.

If you are able to create the volume without system crash then please contact Trend Micro as this is a known issue and a fix is available post reviewing the crash dumps and the conflicting drivers.
