V-16-1-10493 is an informative message that is typically reported after a service group has faulted and VCS is looking for a suitable node to which to failover after a fault. It can also be reported when a service group is brought online.
It is reported when HAD is in the process of evaluating each available node as a potential target for the service group to go online.

Review the errors prior to the evaluation message to determine why the failover is occurring. In this example the mount point failed due to a SIGTERM causing the resource to go offline and the service group sg1 to fault. VCS then started the process of evaluation for those servers which were available for failover.
