V-16-2-13066 (nodename) Agent is calling clean for resource(wac) because the resource is not up even after online completed

This is a generic error message and is seen for many other reasons too.

In this case, the "-secure" switch is valid for VCS versions 5.1 SP2 and older that use vxat for security services.  In InfoScale (VCS) 6.0 and new, the vxat security service was replaced with the vxeat security service.  This newer services on windows platforms makes the "-secure" option for the wac.exe process invalid.

Rmove the "-secure" option the wac resource's StartProgram, save and close the configuration, then online the resource.

Going forward the InfoScale documentation is being corrected to remove the steps to add "-secure" to the wac resource.  Expect the change to be in the new documentation for the 7.4.3 release when it is available.
