The following errors were discovered on the systems:

Failed to upgrade because the system configuration files are not available

These errors are being triggered by the fact that the active ABE is running Solaris 11.3 (32bit OS) whereas the target ABE is running Solaris 11.4 (64bit OS).

Whilst the InfoScale 7.4.2 Release Notes and the https://docs.infoscale.com website mention that InfoScale 7.4.2 is only supported with Solaris 11.4, for the purposes of the upgrade InfoScale 7.4.2 will install on Solaris 11.3. 

As a result Veritas recommends that the InfoScale software be upgraded on the target ABE followed by the Operating System. By doing the upgrade this way the above errors can be avoided.

Please note that the https://docs.infoscale.com site mentions that specific patches are required for InfoScale 7.4.2 on Solaris 11.4 and if using local zones please refer to the 'Known Issues' section of the InfoScale 7.4.2 Release Notes for zone-related caveats.
