The /etc/vxfentab UUID value is updated by the upgrade and appears as follows:

Install hotfix VRTScps-7.3.1.1101-RHEL7 on top of InfoScale 7.3.1.3600 / cps-7.3.1.1100 to address this issue. After installing the hotfix, a fencing configuration with a multiple CP servers starts successfully.

Note:  In case CP Server is also with IS 7.3.1.3600 ( cps-7.3.1.1100), it is recommended to install this patch.
