Warning: Management server is running in maintenance mode, please contact Veritas support

Maintenance mode file is present on the Management Server (MS)

Follow the steps below to resolve:

1. Make sure VIOM MS upgrade is not in progress
2. Verify no backup or vomgather is running on VIOM MS
3. Check for “cms_upgrade_in_progress” file at locations below
   1. Linux MS - /var/opt/VRTSsfmh/tmp/cms_upgrade_in_progress
   2. Windows MS - C:\ProgramData\Symantec\VRTSsfmh\tmp\cms_upgrade_in_progress
4. Delete file if present
5. Restart VIOM services with the appropriate command
   1. Linux MS - /opt/VRTSsfmcs/bin/vomsc --restart
   2. Windows MS - "C:\Program Files\Veritas\VRTSsfmcs\bin\vomsc" --restart
