Error Message
VOM ERROR V-383-1-22 Cannot switch: service group testsg not active anywhere in cluster
Cause
This was due to a bug in sfmh discovery.
Resolution
In most cases running the following command on the cluster nodes was enough to refresh the information on the VIOM MS:
# /opt/VRTSsfmh/bin/xdistc --run --mh_ctl.pl --rescan
The fix has been included in VIOM 7.4.2.300 and above. The latest VIOM patch at this time is VIOM 7.4.2 update5 which is available on our Download Center:

Issue/Introduction
VIOM 7.4.2 MS intermittently not reporting/showing both hosts for VCS servicegroups. However everything looks fine from the VCS-side (eg in commands such as "hastatus -sum").
If trying to failover the servicegroup between the hosts in VIOM, it may fail with the below error. However the failover will be successful if doing it within VCS.
