Recent upgrade to VIOM 7.4.2.500 missed out step to upgrade Control Host add-on

If using the Control Host add-on, this also requires an upgrade for correct statuses of ESX servers to be displayed. 

The 7.4.2.300 Control Host add-on update is below:

To upgrade the add-on, upload the update using the VIOM GUI's "Upload Solutions" link and use the GUI to deploy the update to the Control Host.

After upgrade, ESX servers report as "Faulted" in VIOM 7.4.2.500 GUI's virtualization perspective
