Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product, use the Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel.
Cause
If the C ++ (2015-2019) Redistributable (x86) package from Microsoft is already installed on the server prior to installing 8.0 then, it causes a failure as the same package is pushed as a part of the Infoscale install as well.
Resolution
1) Uninstall the C ++ (2015-2019) Redistributable (x86) package from Add/remove programs prior to installing 8.0.
2) Attempt the Infoscale install once again. The C ++ (2015-2019) Redistributable (x86) package will now be installed as a part of the packages lists from the Infoscale install.
Issue/Introduction
When attempting a fresh install or upgrade to Infoscale 8.0 on a Microsoft Windows Server, the install does not get completed.
