Error Message
2022/02/03 16:44:38 VCS DBG_FFDC Generating FFDC for resource (AzureAuth_Res) as monitor entry point could not complete within the expected time.
Cause
Having the VMs configured behind the Proxy server blocks all the VCS Azure agent's from communicating with the Azure Portal.
Resolution
To resolve this error add the Proxy details to the file as explained.
