VCS ERROR V-16-2-13067 Thread(1540) Agent is calling clean for resource(ip_resource_name) because the resource became OFFLINE unexpectedly, on its own.

The user uses the interface name such as 'Ethernet' for MACAddress attribute while configuring the NIC agent.
