Cause
If the customer extract the tarball in same directory where old tar ball has extracted or had older version of packages, this error comes.
Resolution
Every new upgrade patch bundle should be copied to newly created directory and then extract it there. Extracting the tar in same directory where old patches are there overwrites same rpms directory and copies new patches there. So installer does not know which patch to upgrade to.
Issue/Introduction
When customer is performing upgrade, it is not proceeding and not writing any log and exits with error "Error: CPI ERROR V-9-0-0 : 0 Multiple VRTSvxvm rpms found in"
