Cause
When IO Fencing is configured as CP server-based (but not disk-based SCSI3PR), the CVMVolDg agent attempts to import the diskgroup with SCSI3 reservations, which causes SCSI3 PR errors during import and the online operation times out due to retries.
Resolution
Code changes have been made to /opt/VRTSvcs/bin/CVMVolDg/actions/import script to import diskgroup without SCSI3 reservations when SCSI3 PR is disabled (and CP server-based config used).
Private hot-fixes are available for RHEL 7 and RHEL 8 for 7.4.1
