Cause
The Infoscale licensing and Telemetry service uses Java platform, hence is impacted with every JRE vulnerability.
Resolution
To overcome this issue, install the latest HF for 7.4.2 at 7.4.2 Update4 for RHEL7 to migrate these services from Java Platform to Python service.
NOTE: The Telemetry and licensing operations are not impacted due to this migration
