Error Message
VCS ERROR V-16-10061-22505 VMwareDisks::online:Failed to attach disks to the VM on ESX with error 'A specified parameter was not correct: deviceChange[1].device.key
Cannot add multiple devices using the same device key..'
Cause
This issue occurs due to changes in the VMware APIs from ESXi 6.7 onwards.
Resolution
A hotfix is now available for this issue to update the VMwareDisks agent libraries to accommodate the changes made to the VMware APIs.in the current version(s) of the product(s) mentioned. Refer to the Hotfix link below to obtain the hotfix needed to resolve the issue.
