V-383-50513-5794 "Installation of managed host package failed on the host".
Cause
If the host intended to be added as MH has Infoscale installed on it, it will already have a VRTSsfmh package installed on it as a part of the Infoscale installation.
Resolution
1) Confirm the MH host package (VRTSsfmh) is installed on the affected managed host,
a. rpm -qa|grep sfm (To validate the version of VIOM used on the MH)
b. pkg info VRTSsfmh (To know the VRTS package info)
2) If the MH package is already installed, check the OS and VRTSsfmh package compatibility for the CMS version in "Veritas Infoscale Operation manager Software Compatibility list"
3) Once the compatibility is confirmed, then add the MH to from the CMS via the GUI using Add hosts >agent > NONE option,
