Error Message

When running Tenable's Nessus scanner to detect vulnerabilities, it reports a vulnerability on VIOM's port 14161:

The Nessus scanner can raise a potential issue with the 8.0.0.410 VIOM product. However, a number of false positives have been seen when checking for such CGI plugins

There are no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in earlier versions of the software at the present time.  However, the issue has been addressed in the revision of the product specified at the end of this article.

The security team at Veritas have established that there is no actual vulnerability associated with this plugin.
