In the output of vxdisk list, the disks appears to be in error state.
Example:
Cause
If the same disk is managed by two multipathing solutions, this problem could be seen.
Resolution
To solve this issue, it is advised to turn off RHCOS (Red Hat Enterprise Linux CoreOS) multipathing and retain DMP as the default.
