Can't locate Comms.pm
Cause
The Comms.pm module is missing as the VRTSacclib package is not installed.
Resolution
Download and install the latest ACC Library that is required for the system from https://downloads.infoscale.com/tools/high-availability-agents
Issue/Introduction
SAPNW resource fails to probe when starting VCS or when running the "hares -probe <resourcename> -sys <system> command. The following error is reported in the /var/VRTSvcs/log/SAPNW_A.log file.
