Cause

LLT heartbeat link status changed.

 

Resolution

To resolve the issue of Service group going into offline/partial state, check the LLT links status, network configuration, resources and dependencies of the service group, and application logs for any errors.
  1. Check the LLT links status by running the command gabconfig -a on all nodes of the cluster.
  2. If any of the LLT links are down, check the network configuration and resolve the issue.
  3. If LLT links are up, but the service group is still in offline/partial state, check the resources and dependencies of the service group.
  4. Bring the resources online one by one and check the status of the service group after bringing each resource online.
  5. If the service group still does not come online, check the application logs for any errors and resolve them.
