Cause

The StartProgram script is unable to execute from the specified path due to a permissions issue.

 

Resolution

To resolve the issue:
  1. Between the working and the non-working servers, check and compare the permissions of the directory reported in the error. 
  2. Test a sample script (test script) and try to execute it on the non-working node from that directory and verify if it is able to execute successfully.
  3. If that fails, then match the file permissions, owner and group for it with the working node and then attempt a failover.
