An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.
Arguments:

Arg3: 0000000000000000, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
Arg4: fffff80177577ccb, address which referenced memory

Cause

Faulty or old Network Devices and/or Network Stack 

Resolution

Update drivers and install latest updates. If it is still causing BSOD then use 'netsh int ip reset' from the command line interface and reboot the node upon completion.

Issue/Introduction

The application group causes a BSOD on whichever node that the group attempts to start up on.
