CPI ERROR V-9-30-1043 The following processes or drivers are not started on xxxxxxxxx: CollectorService
Cause
The CollectorService process or driver is not started on the xxxxxxxxx server.
Resolution
To resolve the error message, follow the steps to set up the CollectorService by referring to the technote https://docs.infoscale.com/
Once complete, the installer's post-check can then be run again to ensure the service is started.
