Error Message

Extract from the installer script:

CPI ERROR V-9-40-4024 Failed to turn off dmp_native_support tunable on xxxxx.
Refer to Dynamic Multi-Pathing Administrator's guide to determine the reason for the failure and take corrective action.
VxVM vxdmpadm ERROR V-5-1-15690 Operation failed for one or more zpools

VxVM vxdmpadm ERROR V-5-1-15686 The following zpool(s) could not be migrated as they are not healthy -

SWAP rpool

There is a change in the way zpool list displays the output in Solaris 11.4. It now has a space in the output and this causes the installer to fail. The issue is not present in Solaris 11.2

There are no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in earlier versions of the software at the present time.  However, the issue has been addressed in the revision of the product specified at the end of this article.
