Running a DTrace will report the below entries

Cause
This happens due to Single Sign-On (SSO) being configured for VCS. When SSO is configured, the EV configuration wizard fails to authenticate with the cluster, thereby failing to retrieve the list of Service Groups (SG).
Resolution
As a workaround:
1) Unconfigure SSO for VCS using Steps to configure Veritas InfoScale cluster to use local credentials instead of Single Sign-On
2) Proceed with the EV Configuration Wizard and complete all tasks to add EV SG to VCS.
3) Reconfigure SSO using the Veritas Cluster Wizard (VCW) once EV is successfully configured and the EV SG is online in VCS.
Issue/Introduction
Unable to configure Enterprise Vault Service Group in Veritas Cluster Server (VCS). The EV configuration wizard fails to retrieve the Service Groups and reports an error.
