Infoscale 8.0 upgrade failure on Solaris 11.4 due to UUCP and Bourne package issues

Error Message
The installer program outputs the following error:
CPI ERROR V-9-30-1128 The following required OS packages were not found on xxxxxx:
uucp bourne
Cause
The root cause of the upgrade failure has been identified as the presence of incompatible or outdated UUCP and Bourne packages on the Solaris 11.4 system.
Resolution
A supported hotfix (8.0.0.1700) has been made available for this issue for Solaris platform. Please contact Infoscale Technical Support to obtain this fix.
Once the hotfix is extracted, re-run the upgrade via the installer script, using similar syntax as below in order to also call the CPI update:
# ./installer -require /bookie/80/patches/CPI_8.0.0_P17.pl
