Error Message
No error, as such, is seen. However, it has been observed that the Solaris mdb debugger command is unnecessarily invoked by VIOM.
Cause
The Storage Foundation agentlet in VIOM calls the mdb command as part of regular discovery.
Resolution
A hotfix is now available for this issue in the current version(s) of the product(s) mentioned. Refer to the Hotfix link under Related Articles to obtain the hotfix needed to resolve the issue.
The line concerned has been removed from the /opt/VRTSsfmh/lib/modules/VRTS/OS.pm file and is suppressed in future revisions, starting from 8.0.2.550, which is available here
