Infoscale 8.0.2 installer performs incorrect OS discovery for Windows Server 2025

Running the installer on Windows Server 2025 allows it to pass the OS discovery/compatibility check although it being incompatible.
As seen below, while Infoscale 8.0.2 is not compatible with Windows Server 2025, the installer when run on Windows Server 2025 passes the OS compatibility check by incorrectly discovering it as Windows 2022 (compatibile OS)
Cause
The issue is identified as a defect in the OS versioning and discovery code of the Infoscale 8.0.2 installer causing Windows Server 2025 to be discovered as Windows Server 2022 hence allowing the installer to run successfully, despite the incompatibility.
Resolution
Infoscale 8.0.2 does not support Windows Server 2025. Support for Windows Server 2025 is available starting Infoscale 9.x only.
This above reported issue is presently under investigation by our Engineering Team. Depending on the results of this investigation, it may be addressed through a patch or hotfix in current or future software releases. However, this specific issue is not currently scheduled for inclusion in any upcoming release. Issue/Introduction
Infoscale 8.0.2 only supports Windows Server 2019 and Windows Server 2022. However, due to incorrect OS discovery being performed by the Infoscale 8.0.2 installer, it is able to run on Windows Server 2025 thereby bypassing the compatibility matrix.
