When running the vxstat command with the -vds attributes, it should display performance counters for v=volume, d=disk and s=subdisks.
However, it has been observed that the command is only able to display subdisk level performance counters. It is further observed that running the same command with individual attributes as below is able to provide the expected performance counters at disk, volume and subdisk level respectively.
1) vxstat -d -> Displays disk level performance counters successfully
2) vxstat -v -> Displays volume level performance counters successfully
3) vxstat -s -> Displays subdisk level performance counters successfully
The issue has been identified as a defect.
A supported hotfix has been made available for this issue. Please contact Infoscale Technical Support to obtain this fix.
For Infoscale 9.0 on Windows, running the vxstat command with the -vds attributes does not display performance counters for volumes and disks
